A new search history feature has been introduced by Google which would help the users  to quickly revisit the sites they have already been to including the items they have accessed on Google.com. using their Android phone, iPhone or desktop searches. To view search history, the users need to activate the search history in their Google accounts and then click on the history link placed at the bottom of Google.com. It displays all the searches done by the users till date which they can see after signing into their accounts. It further shows the specific platforms used for these searches represented by small icons, such as, phone icon for mobile searches and thumbnail images of website screen-shot for searches made on the user's desktop or laptop.
Search History Contains Useful Features: This new search history page also produces a list of search results well starred by the users on the starred items option. However, the search history feature can also be disabled any time to remove the items stored in history for which the users just need to tap on the “edit” button located at the top of the page and then select and delete individual search queries or all at a time. It also offers a “do not save searches” option under the settings to prevent Google from recording search history if at any time the users want to discard the feature.
