Hi,
I do agree with Hellda.
SEO friendly URL means keyword specifying url or can be said as user friendly url and it doesn`t consists any special characters.
It impacts a lot in Search Engine Optimisation.

SEO friendly URL means keyword specifying url.
The url should not have any special characters also like (? ,=,%,$).
